Meet Vandit
Counseling Psychologist
I am a Counseling Psychologist with over four years of diverse professional experience spanning the corporate, government, and mental health sectors. Holding an M.Sc. in Psychology from BHU, I integrate Existential-Humanistic and trauma-informed approaches to address the intersection of high-pressure environments and our inner emotional landscapes.
My practice is built on the belief that the Existential and Humanistic schools work together in a beautiful, necessary tandem. While the existential perspective allows us to courageously face the profound questions of meaning, loneliness, and freedom, the humanistic approach ensures we do so with radical optimism, empathy, and acceptance. I view therapy not as a clinical assessment of a 'subject,' but as a deeply human encounter rooted in compassion and curiosity.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate personal identity, life transitions, and the heavy sense of feeling stuck or purposeless. Whether you are struggling with the isolation of modern life or the exhaustive cycles of burnout, anxiety, and procrastination, my goal is to provide a safe space where your suffering is held gently and with care.
In our sessions, we move beyond managing symptoms to explore the core of your experience. I walk alongside you as you navigate your inner world, helping you reclaim a sense of authentic agency and the clarity needed to live a life that feels truly your own.
