Meet Shivika Chadha

Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist

Shivika Chadha works with young adults, middle-aged individuals, couples, and families navigating emotional distress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and emotionally overwhelming phases of life. Her work is rooted in creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients feel heard, supported, and emotionally understood.

Her approach is integrative and client-centered, combining psychotherapy with clinical hypnotherapy to help individuals explore deeper emotional patterns, unresolved experiences, and unconscious beliefs that may continue to affect their present life. She works with concerns related to anxiety, stress, self-esteem, emotional regulation, attachment wounds, grief and loss, family conflicts, marital concerns, interpersonal challenges, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.

Shivika’s work also focuses on helping individuals heal from past traumas and long-standing emotional difficulties while building healthier coping mechanisms, emotional resilience, and greater self-awareness. Her sessions are reflective, collaborative, and tailored thoughtfully to each individual’s unique emotional journey and pace of healing.

She holds a BA (Hons.) in Applied Psychology, an MA in Clinical Psychology, and an MSc in Psychological Therapies from Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), along with a diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.

Alongside her therapeutic practice, Shivika is actively involved in mental health education and awareness, with a focus on making psychological well-being more accessible and meaningful in everyday life. She believes therapy is not about “fixing” a person, but about creating a space where healing, insight, and meaningful change can unfold gradually and authentically.
