Meet Meharpreet Kaur

Counselling Psychologist

Meharpreet Kaur (she/her) is a Counselling Psychologist who primarily works with late adolescents and young adults navigating emotionally overwhelming or uncertain phases of life. Her work is rooted in creating a collaborative, safe, and non-judgmental therapeutic space that provides emotional holding while gently fostering insight and personal growth.

Her approach is integrative and thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s pace, concerns, and lived experiences. Her sessions are reflective and process-oriented, focusing on deepening emotional awareness, strengthening self-understanding, and developing healthier coping mechanisms. Rather than directing clients, Meharpreet walks alongside them as they explore their inner world, emotions, and relational patterns with greater clarity and compassion.

Her areas of work include emotional regulation, anxiety, self-esteem, body image concerns, grief and loss, motivation difficulties, career-related stress, and interpersonal challenges.

Alongside her therapeutic work, she is actively engaged in mental health awareness and professional writing that makes psychological concepts accessible and meaningful for everyday life. She believes that therapy is not about “fixing” a person, but about creating a safe and empathetic space where emotions can be held, understood, and meaningful change can unfold gradually and sustainably.
