Early Childhood & Parenting Support

Megha supports parents and young children (ages 0–7) during the most formative years of emotional and psychological development.

 

Her work focuses on building secure attachment, strengthening emotional regulation, and nurturing early confidence in children. She works closely with concerns such as separation anxiety, emotional outbursts, overstimulation, sleep or school transitions, and behavioural challenges.

 

Recognising that children’s behaviour is often a reflection of deeper emotional and developmental needs. With experience in Waldorf early childhood and kindergarten environments,
