Meet Amisha Pandey
Clinical Psychotherapist
I am an RCI-licensed clinical psychologist. My training has equipped me to assess, diagnose, and treat moderate to severe mental health concerns. I draw from an integrative, trauma-informed approach, incorporating psychodynamic and attachment-based perspectives alongside evidence-based strategies when helpful.
I see therapy not just as a place to “fix” symptoms, but as a shared, relational space one where healing unfolds through safety, presence, and meaningful exploration. I aim to work not only with what is happening in the present, but also to understand the underlying “why” the patterns, experiences, and relational dynamics that shape your inner world.
I offer a therapeutic space that is both structured and flexible, grounded in curiosity, respect, and collaboration. My focus is on supporting clients not only in coping more effectively, but also in moving toward a more connected, reflective, and authentic sense of self. I work with young to middle-aged adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, neurodevelopmental differences, and personality-related difficulties.
